Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I found the description to be deceptive. This is a LONG way from town. Once you are there, it’s not a simple walk to get anywhere. And every time you get a taxi (which should be $3) you have to haggle. The rooms and the pool area are nice but it was definitely not a place I’d go back to, not recommend.

Immaculately clean facilities, friendly staff, and easy access walking to some beautiful waterfalls close by. Since it is outside of the center of Baños, it felt quieter and more connected to nature. Tons of spaces to relax or to work if you need. Hot tub was amazing and they have tour options for rafting and other adventures. Highly recommend! I much preferred Mama Tungu over the other hostal that I stayed in Baños.
