Great hostel, newly built with great facilities! The staff is amazing and will do anything to help you, had a great experience doing the Ha Giang Loop via this hostel! Recommend!

Pretty minimalistic place but the breakfast in the morning was good before starting the loop. Convenient place to stay as a lot of the motorbike rental places are close. It’s clean and has good showers and warm blankets.

The cons: Several times staff nowhere to be found. I booked online and when I arrived they had no idea; they had to call someone else, etc. Rigmarole. The restaurant/bar was not open or staffed. Although, this was during TET, but I still think it's reasonable to provide service if you're accepting reservations. The pros: Property is super clean. Property is new and modern. Very nice facilities. Very nice staff. Secure motorcycle parking.
