The Dear

The Dear is an old property in the city of Puebla which was renovated to offer a better service to the client making it more comfortable, new, adaptable without making it lose its homey touch. Some of the few amenities that the house has to offer are a couple of indoor common areas, bathroom, kitchen and a small open area on ground floor, laundry room, and a terrace on the rooftop.

The property is located in downtown Puebla, a few blocks away from the cathedral and right in front of one of the most important parks around downtown, it’s one of the oldest parts of the city, location is key as most of the points of tourist interest are walking distance. As the house was renovated keeping the old Puebla style with some new details, there were a lot of services that were implemented to make the clients more comfortable and try satisfy all their necessities.

There’s five rooms total, three of them are ensuite and the other two share; capacity is for two people in each, with the chance two extra people on a sofa bed in two of the ensuite rooms, queen beds and a double bed in one of the rooms, with all bedding. Each room has its own AC as well as it’s own working area and a rest area. We offer cleaning services, open kitchen and multiple common areas focusing on the guest comfort.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 19:00 .
