Myself and my friend were staying in Glasgow for two nights and arrived around 7pm to this hostel. Immediately the atmosphere was strange and off putting. The man that we dealt with wasn't rude but wasn't nice either and told us we could only pay with cash. When we told him that wasn't an option nor was it stated upon booking he offered his own personal bank card to transfer the money to, which we declined. Seems like a scam. We booked into a hotel instead.

Clean and very comfortable comfortable stay. Such value for your money. Would advise anyone who wishes to stay there to do so perfectly nice atmosphere with friendly staff willing to help with your needs. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and freshly prepared for you. While you wait. Quite area just yardâ€™s away from main road with all your local shops.
