We are NOT located in downtown El Nido. We are 2km (5 minute ride) south of downtown on El Nido's sunset beach. We are located right in front of the islands of Tour A, B, and C, and also 5 minutes away from Las Cabanas Beach.
We're a fun and social hostel like no other. It's all about being part of the vibrant atmosphere at Outpost. Laze out in the sun on our beach, chill in our beautiful lounge, go island hopping with us and your fellow hostel amigos, and come join in on our fun nightly events!
From the members of staff, managers, and owners, we are all present to assure you have a fun and comfortable stay whilst exploring the beauty of El Nido.
Outpost Beach Hostel offers one of the most majestic views one can take in while in El Nido. The sunsets from our property are one of the best the world can offer. The sun actually sets over all the islands you want to explore while you are in El Nido. We have our own tour desk, tour guides, and boats and have island hopping tours going out every day at 9AM. The boat launches right from the beach making the easiest access for island hopping.
We have a great restaurant on property led by former Iron Chef Champion, Chef Kathleen. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily. Our bar is open until 11PM everyday loaded with fun nightly games, themes, and events led by our all-star bar staff and our own supernova, Anderson.
We are also proud to be one of the only sustainable tourist establishments in El Nido, treating our sewage with our sequencing batch reactor system to government standards and minimizing our impact on the environment. We are also actively involved with the local communities and charities to improve El Nido as a whole.

Best hostel I’ve stayed in! Very social hostel and super friendly staff so it’s easy to find people if you’re a solo traveler or maybe a bit shy, but also great areas to chill out and be alone if you want. Nice location on the beach and easy to get to town. It’s a party hostel but the dorm I stayed in was very sound isolated and the party ends before midnight so everyone gets their sleep! Had a great stay!

The best hostel! The staff is sooo kind, happy and helpful. The food is wonderful and so the atmosphere and location, it felt like home. Very fresh bathrooms and dorms, I recommend everyone to stay here you won’t regret it.

Our favourite hostel during our SE Asia trip! It was a lot more expensive than many others but you really get what you pay for here. All of the staff is fantastic and welcoming, and the dorms great. The whole building and its location is impressive (although far away from “townâ€) and the special themed nights are a perfect way to get to know new people. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay more nights because they were fully booked. 😊 Would definitely stay here again!
