Needs better common area with couches and tv, for guests to relax and wind down. Staff very helpful though, printed out receipt ticket for 911 memorial free of charge. Hostel needs to upgrade city maps, I found them to be out of date, with two locations of interest no longer at that point and or cease to exist. Room was clean, good bed, bathroom cleaned every day.

Great location, modern and clean facilities, lifts to floors, great rooms with lockers built into your bed. washers/dryers available, wifi in room and hostel, internet cafe, flat screen tv lounge area, huge kitchen , the best hostel I have stayed in so far!

Friendly staff, weird rule though with no shoes allowed inside which was hard getting used too, it's not a private residence, it's a hostel and we are paying customers, so I don't get why there is this rule. Room was good, comfy bed, top floor bathroom very average, tiniest sink I have seen, barely enough room to wash your hands, so went to 2nd floor bathroom, these sinks here were water saving which was slightly time consuming and cumbersome.

Great time here, place has a pool, outdoor social area with seats, beer fridges, free wifi. Had a great time here. Location a bit out of the city, however streetcar across street was handy. Good cooked breakfast available until 1pm, very social hostel, great place to meet people. Gotta lkve that
