From the train/bus station you can walk (about 10 mins.) across the Old Medieval Town.

But if you have a lot of luggage, you can take a tram no 2 in front of the station and get out on the Filharmonia station and then walk Franciszkańska street about 4 minutes to Wszystkich Swietych 8 sq. or take another tram no 3 and 8 and get out on another Plac Wszystkich Świętych station.
